Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest comfort in line with four-star hotel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms daily as per hotel standards.
Replace bed linens, towels, and amenities according to SOP.
Dust, vacuum, and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and furniture.
Replenish minibar, guest supplies, and amenities.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost & found items to the supervisor.
Ensure trolleys and cleaning equipment are clean, stocked, and neatly arranged.
Maintain safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in assigned areas.
Provide courteous assistance to guests, responding promptly to their requests.
Follow hotel policies, health & safety, and fire safety procedures.
Support colleagues and assist in deep cleaning or special cleaning tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
diploma or degree in hotel management or housekeeping skill certificate
Previous housekeeping experience preferred (hotel experience an advantage).
Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
Good communication skills and guest-oriented attitude.
Well-groomed, disciplined, and a team player.
