About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendants to join our Housekeeping team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of cleanliness, guest service, and commitment to maintaining the hotel's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms as per hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities. Ensure bathrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and restocked with required supplies. Replace linens and towels, ensuring proper handling of soiled items. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the Supervisor immediately. Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and housekeeping carts. Follow all safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols. Manage guest requests promptly and politely. Ensure all lost & found items are handled as per policy. Adhere to daily room assignment schedules and complete tasks within expected timelines.

Requirements

Prior experience as a Room Attendant or in housekeeping preferred, but freshers may apply. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physically fit and able to handle cleaning tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ?10,266.94 - ?20,000.00 per month
