Job Overview:

We are hiring a

Robotic Welder

/

Robotic Welding Operator

for our

sheet metal fabrication

facility. This position focuses on operating and supporting

automated welding robots

to produce

thin-gauge sheet metal components

with high quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate

robotic welding machines

(MIG, TIG, pulse welding) Load/unload

sheet metal parts

into fixtures and jigs Monitor

automated welding processes

and cycle times Make parameter adjustments for

thin-gauge steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

Perform

visual inspection

and basic dimensional checks Identify and correct common

welding defects

(burn-through, spatter, distortion) Troubleshoot minor

robotic welding equipment

issues Perform routine

preventive maintenance

and housekeeping Read and interpret

blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions

Maintain production, quality, and safety standards

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED 2+ years experience as a

robotic welder

,

robot welder

, or

automated welding operator

Experience with

sheet metal fabrication

or manufacturing Knowledge of

MIG welding

,

TIG welding

, or

pulse welding

Ability to read

blueprints and fabrication drawings

Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

FANUC/ABB/KUKA/Yaskawa/Motoman robots

Experience welding

thin-gauge metal

Prior experience in

metal fabrication

, or

production welding

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
