Robotic Process Automation_Application Developer

Senior RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Developer to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable and efficient automation workflows, and ensuring best practices in automation development and governance.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and evaluate automation opportunities.
Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots and workflows following established design standards and best practices.
Maintain, monitor, and enhance existing automation solutions for improved performance and stability.
Ensure compliance with security, quality, and governance standards in all automation solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues, performing root cause analysis where necessary.
Work closely with IT and business teams to integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise systems.
Develop reusable components, frameworks, and accelerators to speed up automation delivery.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation including solution design documents, configuration guides, and test plans.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the automation program.
Qualifications
Strong Hands-on experience with UiPath
Strong understanding of process design, exception handling, and workflow optimization.
Proficiency in programming and scripting required for UiPath automation
Familiarity with APIs, databases (SQL), and web services integration.
Experience with Orchestrator/Control Room for scheduling and managing bots.
Knowledge of document processing (OCR, AI/ML-based extraction) and intelligent automation (IDP, NLP) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous learner, proactive in exploring new automation technologies and approaches.
