Designation: RPA Developer
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a roadmap for automating all manual workflows using RPA.
- Hire, train and support a team of RPA developers
- Deploy a combination of UIPath/ Selenium to automate workflows
- Lead the team to prepare
- Understanding business process requirement & design
- Configure automation process as per solution design document
- Is able to work simultaneously on multiple RPA projects
- Ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end unit testing
- 4-6 years of experience with Selenium/ UI Path
- Experience managing a team of developers
- Have a mindset of building a collaborative and learning environment for team members
- Have 2-3 years of full lifecycle experience in automation from workflow analysis, solution design, development, and maintenance
