Robotic Process Automation Admin
Job Description
1)Monitors Production Processes on daily basis and notifies the support team of any BOT issues.2)Works with UiPath product team and troubleshoots platform issues.3)Monitors the Virtual Machine4)Works with internal and external IT teams to resolve issues on theinfrastructure.5)Assists the BOT support team to monitor bot runs on UiPath and resolve production issues.6)Monitor tickets assigned in the queue system and resolve them in atimely manner.7)Migrates BOT code between multiple environments to facilitatetesting.8)Adheres to the bot delivery/governance framework and performschange control/ production code migration post approvals.9)Maintains user and bot accesses in the UiPath Orchestrator as approved by system and process owners.10)Establishes/Monitors code version control through tools like GitHub.11)Performs scheduled maintenance activities such as server reboot &software patching.12)Partners with other team members to perform a seamless transitionof support during timezone rotation.13)Supports the development and maintenance of training plans andother documentation.Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
