Job Title RMS ManagerLocation Anand Job Summary The Risk Manager will oversee the organization's comprehensive insurance and risk management program, assessing and identifying risks that could impede the reputation, safety, security, or financial success of the organization.Roles & Responsibilities ? Identify financial, safety or security risks that the client company or organization may face? Margin reporting, SLBM & PRO a/c trades, RMS mapping & limit assignment? Gather confidential financial information from client such as income, assets, debts, internal audit reports? Manage company insurance policies, branch, broker and client risk management? Perform risk evaluation, which assesses the way the company previously handled risks? Make risk-avoiding adjustments to current methods of operation in order to minimize their future risks? Prepare a risk-management budget? Provide training and certification for organization staff so that they can be aware of risks and try to avoid themCandidate Profile & Skill Requirements ? Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, or related field required.? At least one year of related experience is preferred.? Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management.? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.?
