Job description: Manage sales and distribution of Home loan from Digital channel. Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increasing their productivity. Ensure timely updation of lead status as per the policy of the bank. Ensuring Top Class service to Customers for better NPS (Net Promoter Score) Meeting HNI clients and explaining various products related to Home loan. Responsible for meeting defined login and disbursal threshold. Responsible for achieving disbursal targets of Home loan via DSTs and increasing their productivity. Responsible for training & development of the DST Team. Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc. Co-ordinating with Internal teams like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU & Operations for smooth flow of business. Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers and internal stake holders. Experience in HOME LOAN SALES is Must
