About Retail Lending:
The Retail Lending department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the rural lending business of the bank.
About the Role:
The role Area Sales Manager - Personal Loan involves driving Personal Loan business through a team of Sales Managers, ensure growth in Book Size, maintain product level profitability, build a robust distribution, deliver on the new initiatives rolled out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on the Budgeted Targets in Personal Loan
- Ensure SM and Relationship Officer productivity levels are matched
- Interact regularly with the Branches and various Branch staff for lead generation through Branches
- Hire, Train and Develop the Team Members
- Support Bank's endeavor in new product and process
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Education - Graduation / Post Graduation)
- Experience 7-10 Years
For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following:
- Should possess basic knowledge of Personal Loans
- Good communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills
- Strong Drive to deliver on the numbers
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
- Ability to manage, train and develop the team members
