Job Responsibilities:

• The role requires to process, implement and develop risk strategies for personal loan business
• Operate and maintain an effective risk management system by creating a robust risk framework which includes risk identification, assessment, mitigation, tracking and reporting
• Management of portfolio risk to maintain the overall losses in the business
• Monitor portfolio delinquencies at micro level, identification of segments, locations, channels, profiles and proposing policies/ strategies to enable business and control risk
• Evaluate product/programs/policies in line with regulatory guidelines and build strong risk controls across all spectrums (Onboarding, Credit, Operations, Fraud, Reputation, etc.)
• Assessment of scorecards and formulation of policies/ strategies basis scorecard
• Implementation of technological interventions like scorecard, digital journey and automations
• Using analytics to track various risk KPIs against the defined risk appetites
• Recommend improvement to processes and policies to drive operational efficiencies

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5year of experience in similar role of policy team in large sized NBFCs or Banks or ay MNC
• Knowledge about policy framework pertaining to personal loan product/Unsecured product
• Should have good command over language and have good communication skills
• Should have experience in handling teams and coordination with various stakeholders
• Experience in data analytical tools like SAS/SQL or Python and visualization tools like Powerbi
• Should have strong analytical skills

• Sharp analytical skills and ability to imagine and anticipate probable risks in lending processes.
• Ability to conceptualize and create user-friendly processes and flows.
• Sharp verbal and written communication skills
• Strong on Microsoft tools like Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience in coding and analytical tools is preferred.
• Ability to deliver projects within tight deadlines.

Education qualification:

• Btech/MBA or Grad/Post Grad in statistics
• Certification in coding languages like SAS/SQL/Python
