Key Accountabilities

Risk Identification & Maintaining Risk Register:
This involves proactively identifying potential risks that could impact projects or operations and documenting them systematically in a risk register. The risk register serves as a key reference tool, providing detailed descriptions, severity levels, likelihood, and mitigation strategies for each risk.

Monitor and Estimate Effectiveness of Existing Plans:
Regularly assess the performance and effectiveness of current risk management plans. This includes analyzing how well the plans address identified risks and making necessary adjustments to enhance their efficiency and adaptability.

Conduct Investigations and Assessments:
Thoroughly investigate and assess all aspects of operations or projects to identify vulnerabilities. This detailed analysis forms the foundation for developing robust and targeted risk management strategies.

Develop Contingency Plans:
Design contingency plans to address identified risks effectively. These plans provide alternative actions or responses to minimize impact, ensuring maximum control and preparedness for unexpected situations.

Prepare Reports and Communicate with Stakeholders:
Create comprehensive reports detailing the risk management processes, findings, and actions taken. These reports should be clear and concise, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and engaged in the decision-making process.

Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Risk Requirements:
Implement risk management frameworks that align with regulatory standards and requirements. This ensures legal compliance and contributes to the organization's stability and reputation.

Qualifications: EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• CA / MBA with 5-10 year of experience

Desirable: PMP
Relevant EXPERIENCE:

• Worked in Plant environment.
• Manufacturing experience
• Defence Business Experience

Desirable:

• Experience of working in SAP environment.
