Intern- Risk and Compliance

Function: Compliance Team
Experience Level: Entry Level This role will be an opportunity to get Information privacy and security experience as an integral part of a growing global mental health and wellness organization. As a member of the compliance team, this individual will contribute to numerous activities within the organization\xe2\x80\x99s information privacy and security program. Apart from that the candidate will get to work on specific cyber research assignments to support the continual improvement of the Compliance function. Responsibilities will include:
\xe2\x97\x8f Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote effective implementation of risk controls.
\xe2\x97\x8f Participate in compliance checks of the company\xe2\x80\x99s ISMS (Information Security Management System) and PIMS (Privacy Information Management System).
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in maintaining compliance records (e.g. reports, etc.).
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop, track and maintain action plans for the resolution of issues identified during assessments and audits.
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in conducting third party tool and vendor security assessments for new and existing vendors.
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in compliance education, awareness and communication program for the Company.
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in proactively monitoring, escalating and working towards addressing vulnerabilities and threats
\xe2\x97\x8f Participate in other allied and associated compliance-related activities.
\xe2\x97\x8f Work on compliance research initiatives.
\xe2\x97\x8f Track security and privacy best practices globally and recommend actions and initiatives. Qualifications: \xe2\x97\x8f Final year (or just completed) Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited college or university in a related field
\xe2\x97\x8f Successfully completed their Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with a major in law, engineering or other similar degrees
\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledgeable about information privacy and security.
\xe2\x97\x8f Interest to work in a digital health product based organisation
\xe2\x97\x8f Good organization, communication and on-time task completion abilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong interpersonal skills to support the day-to-day activities of the team and build relationships with the extended organization Why work at Wysa?
