Job Title: - Network Risk and Compliance, AVP

Designation: Assistant Vice President (AVP)

Location: Pune, India

Business Overview :

  • Global Network Services (GNS) is responsible for the engineering, development and operation of DB's Group-wide network for all areas of the Bank. GNS supports all aspects of network infrastructure in over 2500 offices in over 50 countries.
  • This role is positioned as a Network Risk and Compliance AVP within the Production Assurance-Risk and Compliance Team. The Risk and Compliance team is responsible for proactively identifying and managing risks and to ensure oversight and accuracy of our audit and regulatory responses and remediation plans.

Your key responsibilities
  • Develop and manage monitoring activities to ensure compliance with Information Security and Technology regulatory requirements and internal policies and standards
  • Lead global and complex compliance remediation projects with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain key performance metrics to track and ensure compliance with established policies and standards
  • Assist with Audit, Regulatory and Third-Part audits/risk assessments
  • Assist in development of formal responses to Audit and Regulatory inquiries or assessments. This may be comprised of documentation gathering, drafting of documents, and researching past activity and reports
  • Lead development of management action plans
  • Manage periodic internal control compliance assessments
  • Proactively identify and report Information Security and Technology compliance risks
  • Interact with Auditors and Regulators as needed
  • Prepare and deliver briefings to senior leadership
  • Provide training and support to individuals and teams on risk management and compliance activities
Nice to Have:
  • Some experience with deploying, configuring and managing highly available wide area networking architecture and design
Soft-Skills
  • Knowledge of technology, governance, and compliance principles
  • Knowledge of Information technology systems and processes
  • Knowledge of information security management frameworks, such as COBIT, ITIL
  • Experience in leading projects
  • Experience in the financial services industry or equivalent large scale, high volume environment
  • Highly proactive self-starter, with strong customer focus and disciplined in the approach to work.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate clearly to various levels of management (including executive management), across various business functions (including engineering)
  • Strong analytical, research, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong individual contributor with the ability to work effectively in virtual teams and in matrix organizations
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced global environment
Education and Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Information Systems Management, Information Technology Auditing or related relevant field
Nice to Have:
  • Certification or working toward a certification in any of the following: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified IT Auditor (CIA), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Lean Kanban Practitioner, and Project Management (PMP, PMI)
