Safety Compliance:
Conducting thorough inspections of rigging equipment, including ropes and cables, to ensure they are in good condition and certified for safe use.
Communication & Coordination:
Communicating clearly with crane operators and other crew members using hand signals and verbal instructions to direct the safe movement of loads.
Area Clearance:
Keeping the work area clear of any obstructions to ensure unobstructed movement of loads and safe passage for personnel.
Equipment Maintenance & Repair:
Performing routine maintenance and repairs on rigging equipment to keep them in proper working order.
Site Preparation:
Setting up and dismantling rigging for machinery and other heavy loads, ensuring the equipment is securely anchored and ready for use.
