As an Integration Engineer, you draw on your breadth of knowledge and expertise in related areas of network engineering and actively apply agile ways of working to deliver on the following responsibilities.

Core Responsibility: This includes but is not limited to pre and post integration data creation, performance monitoring, build faults, customer complaints management, cluster optimisation, quality control & acceptance of projects into the network, planning and design of radio network sites

HSE Responsibility: Take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others, comply with and implement any reasonable Telstra HSE instruction, policy, standard, minimum requirement or procedure, and support Telstra to meet its duties under the relevant safety and environmental legislation.

Additional information:

Produce quality integration data that is consistent with Telstra standards (National Standard Data) and regulatory requirements.

Complete all site integrations within required timeframes to deliver on Telstra's stated claims in the market place.

Perform RF Planning, Design and Optimisation activities on Telstra's Radio Access Networks. This includes but is not limited to database management and providing first level of support for troubleshooting & customer complaint investigations. Provide support for the network rollout program as per the requirements.

Comply with agreed network and customer KPIs.

Technical Knowledge :

• Detailed knowledge of Telstra's Radio Access Network technologies (5G, 4G & 3G)
• Detailed knowledge of the RF requirements to provide network solutions.
• Detailed knowledge of Telstra's processes, safety and regulatory requirements
• Experience with RF modelling tools including Atoll
• Experience with Ericsson Network Manager (desirable)
• Experience with Truecall (desirable)
• Experience of Ericsson Hardware and tools (desirable)
