The Rewards Consultant role involves developing and implementing compensation and rewards strategies that align with business goals while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
The role also covers pay design and structuring, job evaluation and the design of variable pay and incentive programs to drive performance and engagement amongst others.

Build depth across solution areas such as pay design, pay structuring, rewards strategy, job evaluation, incentive design etc.
