We are seeking a highly scientific and tech proficient Reward Analyst to join our Global Reward team. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the compensation and benefits area, combined with expertise in data analytics. In this role, you will play a leading role in optimizing our reporting processes and tools and be a trusted advisor to the Regional Reward Partners.

The Global Reward team in Vestas is in charge of all global policies and processes within the area of compensation & benefits. We work in a global and strategic context ensuring the frameworks and governance that enable Vestas to attract and retain employees and to be a competitive and responsible employer. Responsibilities

1. Compensation Analysis:

• Conduct compensation benchmarking to ensure salary and bonus structures are competitive in the relevant geographies.
• Analyse and evaluate compensation data to identify trends and inform decision-making.

2. Benefits Management:

• Analyse and make recommendations for optimization of our employee benefits programme, including health insurance, parental leave, and other perks.
• Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve employee inquiries.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation and benefit data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Automate data collection and analysis processes to streamline reporting and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar
• 3-5 years of experience as a Reward Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Advanced user of MS Excel
• Knowledge of SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, BI, or SuccessFactors .
• Knowledge of compensation survey data sources and methodologies is desirable

• Detail-oriented and able to communicate sensitive and confidential information.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, but also individually to meet deadlines.
