Job Description


Job Purpose:

The HRBP Reviewer position is responsible for reviewing, tracking, and analysing the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Performance Management System (PMS) employees within the Coal Industry. This role involves collaborating with department managers, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, and ensuring a comprehensive assessment of employee performance.

Job Duties:

  • Collaborate with department managers to define and align team members\' KPIs and goals.
  • Analyse performance data and metrics, providing insights during review meetings.
  • Formulate individual development plans based on performance discussions and career aspirations.
  • Guide managers in delivering constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Assist in preparing and conducting performance review meetings.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent performance evaluations.
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs and recommend development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with managers to allocate resources effectively for performance improvement.
  • Identify high-potential employees and provide recommendations for career growth.
  • Assist in creating improvement plans for employees requiring development.
  • Present performance-related data and insights during meetings.
  • Recommend changes to HRBP policies and procedures to align with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:

Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Performance management concepts.
  • Training & development methodologies.
  • Should know about Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
