Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Supervise and motivate a team of retail staff. Schedule staff shifts and manage timekeeping. Provide training and guidance to new and existing employees. Resolve staff conflicts and address performance issues.

Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times. Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. Ensure accurate stock rotation and minimize wastage. Conduct regular stock checks and audits. Maintain a clean and organized stock room.

Shop Operations:

Oversee daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and well-organized. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records. Ensure proper product placement and displays.

Sales and Promotion:

Implement promotional activities and sales strategies. Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement. Assist in creating and maintaining product displays.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a retail supervisory role, preferably in a kirana or grocery store. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with billing software. Local Resident of Haridwar.
