\xc3\x98 Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
\xc3\x98 Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
\xc3\x98 Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
\xc3\x98 Using information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
\xc3\x98 Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews, as well as providing or organizing training and development.
\xc3\x98 Responding to customer complaints and comments. Organizing special promotions, displays and events.
\xc3\x98 Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9650,000.00 - 9700,000.00 per month Benefits:
