Greenline Healthcare and Supermarket Pvt Ltd Designation : Sr. Store Manager/ Store Manager Job Location : Pune Education : B Pharm, MBA/PGDM, D Pharma. Experience : 3 - 5 Years Gender : Male or Female Purpose : The Store Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, and create store policies and marketing programs that will increase sales and grow the existing customer base. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.Role and Responsibility :

• Meet sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring sales staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store setup and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintaining the staff grooming & presentation skills.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) in an authentic manner.
• Ensuring standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met;
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry.
• Coordinating with the store & merchandisers to maintain optimum inventory levels at the stores. Ensure availability of medicine & FMCG Goods and maintaining inventory according to sales and customer demand.
• Build awareness of any ongoing promotions and discounts for staff and customers.
• Ability to read sales data and analyses trends and guide the store team on the same.
• Connect with other store managers to understand their success stories and adapt new ideas from these stores.
• Skillful with time management and keeps the team involved during non rush hours, to manage the store inventory, displays, customer calling and overall management of store space.
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• Promote the organization locally by liaising with local hospital, clinics and the community in general
