Job Description

1. Should have a min. experience of 3-5 Years and should be between 30-40 Years of age.

2. Should be a graduate with good spoken English.

3. Should have good communication skills to talk to the customers.

4. The person will be responsible for the complete store management and staff.

5. The store manager must ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being - out of stock.

6. He will be responsible to keep records and manage close to expiry and expired products.

7. The person will be responsible for the visual merchandising of the store. This includes proper arrangement of the stocks, cleanliness, etc.

8. He will be responsible to meet the daily sales targets at the store, managing the home deliveries and online orders.

9. He will be responsible for daily cash handling and daily sales and other reports to the management.

10. Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

11. Regularly plan schemes to sale slow moving and close to expiry products.

12. Plan different events and marketing strategies from time to time to increase customers footfalls and sales.

13. Maintain proper in-store and outdoor ambience.

14. Plan category-wise promotion of all the items.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
