• Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the store is well-maintained, fully stocked, and visually appealing.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of enthusiastic sales associates, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Customer Experience: Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
