Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:30 PM (6 days/week, roster system)

Compensation: ₹25,000 - ?40,000 (based on experience) + attractive commission

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced retail sales professionals with a strong background in women's ethnic wear who can deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly interact with customers and provide expert styling advice.

Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Consistently achieve individual and store sales targets.

Provide product suggestions tailored to customer preferences to ensure tangible conversion to sales.

Support day-to-day retail operations, merchandising, and inventory upkeep.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of sales experience in women's ethnic wear (sarees, lehengas, Indo-western, or unstitched suits).

Prior employment with an established retail house having a turnover of ?20 Cr or more.

Strong product knowledge and ability to make appropriate styling suggestions.

Excellent communication, client-handling, and upselling skills.

Willingness to work overtime when required.
