Position- Assistant Store Manager/ Store Manager (Female) Fennel is Luxury Retail Brand, specializes into contemporary Furniture and design aesthetics. Dealing with clients, architects, interior designers, builder\'s footfalls at the store for ensuring sales- business generation and meeting sales goals. 2. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service. 3. Monitoring the financial performance of the store 4. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. 5. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. 6. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. 7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 8. Coordination with Visual Merchandiser 9. Timely suggestions and changes in the display of the articles 10. Best utilization of space in the store 11. Following the colour theme and make the store attractive 12. Synchronize with warehouse for deliveries, accounts for payment/refunds and related reconciliation, purchase team for customization and tailoring the order execution within timelines. 13. Ensuring the availability of the products which is high in demand 14. Required to visit client\'s place for understanding of interior designing / 15. Training & motivation to the team in order to achieve the individual and decoration store target. Required Skills: Customer Focus, Tracking Budget Expenses, Pricing, Vendor Relationships, Market Knowledge, Staffing, Results Driven, Strategic Planning, Management Proficiency, Client Relationship, Verbal Communication Work Time: 11 am to 8 pm Week Off: Monday to Thursday one day off.
