Job Description

Store Manager :

• Store Managers are the first point of interaction with customers at Printo. They are responsible for greeting customers and understanding their print requirements.
• Team management and problem-solving.
• Maintaining high customer service levels and addressing customer and team grievances.
• Managing cash and payments and sales reports

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should have at least 2 years of retail Managerial experience. Should have reached a Team Lead level in a retail business or should show the potential of guiding a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Computers with exposure to MS Office.
• Customer facing experience \xe2\x80\x93 either face-to-face or on the phone.
• Team management experience.
• Should have relevant experience in Sales & closing orders.
• Training will be provided in print technology and customer service.
