As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pet grooming and pet supply store located in Alwarpet. Responsibilities: 1. Manage all aspects of the store\'s operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision. 2. Ensure the store maintains a clean and organized environment, adhering to company standards and health regulations. 3. Supervise, and motivate store staff to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. 4. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for pet supplies as needed, ensuring adequate stock at all times. 5. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer\'s satisfaction. 6. Implement marketing strategies to promote the store and attract new customers, including organizing promotional events and campaigns. 7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations. 8. Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in daily financial transactions. 9. Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics to senior management. 10. Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business growth and improvement. Requirements: 1. Previous experience in retail management or fresher 2. Strong Communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. 3. Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for working with pets and pet owners. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office applications and POS systems. 6. Must be below 30 years of age. 7. Availability to work from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, with Tuesdays off. 8. Bachelor\'s degree or +2 is fine This position offers a competitive salary 16,000 INR per month with performance bonus and yearly bonus . Leave requests will be approved by the manager, and Tuesdays are designated as the weekly off day.
