Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
Achieve personal and team sales and profit targets.
Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
Assign employees to specific duties.
Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
Perform work activities of subordinates, such as organizing shelves, displays and selling merchandise.
Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales.

Experience
8 - 15 years of previous retail sales experience as a retail Supervisor, Manager level is required. Fashion, luxury retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred.
Good communication skills.
