We provide Insurtech solutions to Insurance Distributors like Insurance Companies, Banks Brokers, Agents. We empowers insurance intermediaries (agents, brokers, banca) by providing them with an integrated platform that manages insurance, healthcare and wellness services.
We specialize in building software solutions tailored for insurance intermediaries (brokers).
These intermediaries utilize our platform to onboard insurance policies and provide access to their clients, typically employers. The employers, in turn, allow their employees to access the platform for various insurance and wellness services.
Designation

Retail Sales (Business Development Manager)
Lead Generation:
Identify insurance intermediaries handling employee benefits insurance.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and update it regularly.
Extract and update the latest list of Brokers, Banks, Corporate Agents, and Individual Agents doing business
Prospecting & Outreach:
Reach out to insurance brokers, and agencies handling employee benefits.
Develop a strong sales pitch for the IMT Care Employee Benefits solution.
Target Insurance Company Executives, meet, and incentivize them. (Prepare a list of these target people)
Demo & Pitching:
Schedule product demos for insurance intermediaries.
Customize the pitch based on the client's needs and business model.
Conversion & Closure:
Follow up with interested intermediaries and negotiate to close deals.
Finalize agreements and transition to the post-sales team.
Marketing & Strategy Involvement:
Actively participate in monthly emails and marketing strategy discussions with the Marketing Manager.
Assist in planning and implementing new platform strategies.
Event & Field Engagement:
Attend events pan-India to network and promote IMT Care's offerings.
Conduct broker visits to finalize deals.
Reporting & Tracking:
Maintain sales tracking reports for Customer Connect and Employee Benefits.
Provide insights on challenges, successes, and areas of improvement.
Participate in weekly reviews to track progress and discuss improvements.
Responsible for transforming leads into sales
Requirements:
Proven experience in Sales and Relationship Management
Good computer skills (MS Office / Sales CRM)
Should have experience in lead generation, Demand Generation, Online Presentation, Outbound sales, Saas Sales
