Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to strategically position products.
Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring excellent customer service and product presentation.
Collaborate with marketing for impactful promotions and campaigns.
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to shape business strategies.
Train and mentor sales team to enhance product knowledge and performance.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in retail sales, particularly in farm equipment or agro machinery.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Deep knowledge of agricultural machinery and a technical understanding of products.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
