Position: Retail Sales Head Location: Mumbai Job Summary: As a Retail Sales Head, you will be responsible for architecting the retail sales strategy and oversee a team of sales professionals to drive sales, achieve targets, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement retail strategies and plans Identify market trends, retailer needs, and competitor\xe2\x80\x99s activities Oversee retail sales operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising and promotions Analyse sales data, key performance indicators, and market trends Contribute to the development of annual sales budgets and forecasts Track sales performance against budgets and take corrective actions where necessary Lead and motivate a team of thorough retail sales professionals Set performance targets, monitor individual and team performance, provide coaching and support, and foster a high-performance culture Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance to align efforts Establish and maintain relationships with key customers Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 8 years of experience in Retail Sales Knowledge of the retail industry, market trends, and consumer behaviour Proven experience in a leadership role Excellent team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Results-driven and target-oriented mindset Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Pay: 980,000.00 - 990,000.00 per month Schedule:
