Job Description

Customer Engagement:

Greet customers, understand needs, offer product info/styling advice, and provide excellent service.

Sales & Targets:

Actively promote products, upsell, process transactions, achieve individual/store sales goals, and handle returns.

Store Operations:

Maintain organized displays, keep the store tidy, manage stock levels, and replenish merchandise.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on new products, promotions, trends, and policies.

Problem Solving:

Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with team members, support marketing efforts, and assist with inventory.
