Job Title: Retail Planner

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 3+ years

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement retail strategies to optimize product assortment, inventory levels, and sales performance.

- Analyze sales trends and consumer behavior to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Monitor inventory levels, replenishment processes, and stock turnover to minimize out-of-stock situations and excess inventory.

- Utilize forecasting tools and data analytics to make informed decisions on inventory planning and allocation.

- Regularly review and adjust replenishment parameters based on market trends and sales patterns.

- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.

- Analyze historical data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth and inventory optimization.

- Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s/PG degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Retail Planner or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using forecasting tools and inventory management systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in forecasting and planning.

- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.
