Duties and Responsibilities of ROMA : 1) Assist in the opening of the new store at Pune Airport 2) Develop merchandising strategy for the new store 3) Coordinate and liaise with various internal departments and stores to achieve operational efficiency at all stores 4) Market research for identifying relevant digital media campaigns for physical store 5) Participate in Ad hoc projects Qualifications : 1) Last year students pursuing MBA in Retail/Operations Management 2) Analytical skills to resolve problems and think creatively 3) Verbal and written communication skills 4) Organizational skills to prioritize and plan work, multi-task, and meet schedules At the completion of the internship, the intern will receive a formal evaluation of his/her contributions and performance.
