Job location: Ahmedabad Job description : The position will be responsible for: Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Responsible for all the COCO stores Driving profitability Budgeting in tandem with HO, rolling out budgets to regional teams. Responsible for front end HR, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, projects, training and connect with the marketing office for appropriate marketing interventions. Visiting to stores, 10-15 days in a month Understanding of retail ops, SOPs, front end HR initiatives, customer delight andtraining Ensuring attrition in the region is in line with HO targets Establishing a culture of review - gap analysis and train at store level to ensure high customer delight and high repeat sales Contact Person: Navyaa Kanaujia
