Job Summary
The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring optimal product availability across retail stores to maximize sales and profitability. The role involves stock planning, sell-through analysis, vendor coordination, quality assurance, and smooth execution of retail and inter-store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inter-store stock transfers and maintain accurate stock reports
Track and analyze item-wise sell-through and sales performance
Ensure quality assurance of products across stores
Coordinate daily follow-ups and correspondence with buyers and vendors
Execute and monitor retail orders in a systematic and timely manner
Follow up with vendors for production schedules and on-time shipment deliveries
Maintain required records and samples for shipment inspections
Coordinate with the shipping department for inter-store activities
Handle vendor and store-related complaints effectively
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication skills in English
Innovative and analytical thinking
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
