BRIEF:
Retail Manager will be responsible for driving sellout, managing display hygiene, planogram and retail fixtures at Premium GT / LFR stores.

KEY DELIVERABLES

• Business Deliverables

• Prepare charter for sellout at Premium GT / LFR stores
• Daily & weekly review of the sellout
• Design tools to drive sellout
• Bimonthly review of sellout with respective account KAM
• Quarterly review of the sellout with all stakeholders (internal & external)

• Stores Planning

• Ensure adherence of display planogram at stores as defined by KAM
• Ensure product is always kept in live mode and at prominent location at stores.
• Plan regular training of stores staff.

• Team Leader and ISD Management

• Prepare PJP of TL and ensuring they are delivering as per their KPIs.
• Prepare daily targets for in store demonstrators and track achievement on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Training and Motivating the team to deliver excellence in display and targets by innovative processes and implementing best practices.
• Managing the fast information flow between staff and shop floor level to managerial level.

• Relationship Management

• Maintain cordial and strong relationships with partners at all levels (floor manager, Cluster Manager, Regional Manager) and maintain No. 1 mind share of our brand

• Retail Marketing

• Developing monthly and yearly BTL activation plans with the accounts with effective execution.
• Design strategic solutions on secondary sales activation programs, consumer offers, in-shop promotions and activities by using innovative ways.

QUALIFICATION
MBA in Sales & Marketing from top colleges

EXPERIENCE
About 8-10 years of experience in Retail management. Candidates from FMCG background will be preferred.
