\xc2\xb7 To achieve Business Volumes in respective channels handled. \xc2\xb7 Handle product lines of New cars/Used cars and Refinance. \xc2\xb7 Handle multiple verticals. \xc2\xb7 Open Market/Branch/Alternate Distribution. \xc2\xb7 Team Management off roll. \xc2\xb7 Relationship management with banks \xc2\xb7 Ensure Market share \xc2\xb7 Customer retention and service. \xc2\xb7 To achieve and maintain agreed market share as a percentage of overall market size. \xc2\xb7 To PDDs outstanding post 90 days of disbursement within benchmarks set. \xc2\xb7 TAT/FTNR/MCP : To ensure files come as per MCP parameter and disbursed within TAT. \xc2\xb7 Good Rapport with all major Banks and NBFC\xe2\x80\x99s for auto loan processes. \xc2\xb7 Will prepare schemes for the customer\xe2\x80\x99s which was attractive and also comfortable with the help of Manufacturer Subvention. \xc2\xb7 Properly communicating the schemes which are available at the time. \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely communicating schemes, Loan approvals and disbursal of payments to the customers and to the sales consultant. \xc2\xb7 Support and assist sales consultants for generating new business opportunities till execution of generated orders and Accounts Receivables follow up of the billed in stocks. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for achievement of collection targets month on month. \xc2\xb7 Will prepare daily MIS based on the bookings received and update it regularly and have to send to management for payment status. \xc2\xb7 Responsibility for preparation of MIS Finance presentation with the help of power point \xc2\xb7 Preparing profit and Loss based on In-house finance deals and regularly updating to our management. \xc2\xb7 Target to keep 60% and above penetration with total disbursements. \xc2\xb7 Attend daily sales meetings with the team managers for hot prospects and order taken customers for finance as well as cash purchases.
