Summary :

As Retail Head, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of retail professionals. You will develop and execute retail strategies that align with the company & overall business goals. You will also ensure that our marketing and advertising campaigns reflect the diversity of our guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute retail strategies that align with the company\'s overall business goals.

- Use data and analytics to make informed decisions about pricing, inventory, and marketing.

- Set and track sales goals and ensure that they are met.

- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns.

- Manage the inventory and ordering process.

- Train and motivate retail staff.

- Ensure that all retail operations comply with company policies and procedures.

- Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

- Conduct regular MBWA (managing by walking around) sessions to stay connected with employees and customers.

- Oversee the retail operations of our 3 theme parks and resort.

- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies for our retail operations.

- Monitor the performance of our retail operations and make recommendations for improvement.

- Work with DTC brands and alliances.

- Development and sales of mascots and other characters.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in organized retail, preferably in a leadership role.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Proven track record of success in increasing sales and improving customer service.

- Experience with retail software and inventory management systems.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of data and analytics.

- Ability to motivate and inspire others.

- Ability to create a positive and productive work environment.
