AEI India is urgent hiring for Manager Production for Manufacturing of Dispaly Racks and Retail Fixtures with minimum 4 year of experience in Same industry. Salary: Starting from INR 25k to 35k/ CTC Location: Partapur, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh Job description Proven experience in manufacturing of Display racks and Retail Fixtures. Responsible to plan, coordinate, monitor and control the production. Preparing Production reports and submitting them to users and management Manage and coordinate daily operations of the division Monitoring Input to Output Material requirements, movements as per quality parameters Oversee all levels of team activity and performance Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times Good knowledge of line balancing and cycle time study. Coordination among different departments and functionaries for optimal utilization of the production resources. Achieve production targets & formulate action plan for productivity improvement. Monitor day to day rejections & in process rejection. Create database of Engineering codes and standards for Furniture category (Local, International, Company). Develop furniture Product testing capability according to international market/clients Ensuring production, quality control and handling of products is done In line with requirements. Liaising with craftsmen or designers staff about the process of quality construction or manufacture. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 - 945,000.00 per month Schedule:
