Hiring or Retail Development Incharge / Promoter handling with retail operation at Sony

  • Job Specification :
Qualification : Graduate / MBA

Experience : 5 8 years

Location : Nagpur

Department : Consumer Sales
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Should be well conversant with MS Office
  • Experience of handling marketing activities
Manage the retail development operations for local marketing activities in Branch, provide of providing support to sales to ensure achievement of targets & smooth functioning within the limits of policies & procedures.
  • Shopfront Development (Execution/Maintenance/Reporting)
Executing and Maintaining shopfronts in the branch as per company guidelines. Producing Innovative shopfront campaigns and reporting of the same to HO on regular basis
  • SFA/Promoter Management
Complete SFA Management from Recruitment to Sales Tracking. Co-ordination with Training Team /

HR / Agency / HO for various issues of SFA
  • BTL Activity Support
Supporting Trade Marketing Incharge in executing all outdoor activities like Hands-on/Exhibition /other events
  • POP Management
Effective maintenance, storage ,distribution and usage of POP
