Group Company: HDFC Bank Limited Designation: Retail Assets - LAP - Sales Executive (51_2473_100149) Office Location: Kashi Plaza (Surat), Kashi Plaza (Surat) Position description: Retail Assets - LAP - Sales Executive Primary Responsibilities: To source Business from the Branch Customer base / HNW of the Branch / Open Market. Cold Calling, Leaflet distribution. Meet the Customer at the residence or office, and collect / verify (KYC) documents with the original. Verify property documents. Visit & verify the property which is to be mortgaged. Negotiate with the customer for Rate & PF. Post sanction collect the disbursement docs Cross sell other Asset Products Additional Responsibilities: Adhoc MIS as and when RSM/ZSM ask for Branch / DSA review at location level. Academic score: Pass Institution tier: Any Required work experience Industry: Banking preferred - but not a constraint Role: Sales Years of experience: 1 to 3 Required Knowledge: Product knowledge Required Skills: 1.Good Communication skills (English, Hindi and local language). 2.Selling Skills 3.Customer orientation 4.Relationship building Specific requirements Travel: N/A Vehicle: N/A Other details Contract Types: Permanent
