Group Company: HDFC Bank Limited Designation: Retail Assets - LAP - Operations Executive (51_2473_100150) Office Location: Kashi Plaza (Surat), Kashi Plaza (Surat) Position description: Retail Assets - LAP - Operations Executive Primary Responsibilities: Check the login document & do the SPE in LS. Publish Location level MIS o Login MIS o ABND MIS o FTNR MIS etc Follow up with CPU to process the file on priority. If any FTNR is raised by the CPU, follow up with CPU to highlight the same on priority & get this resolved by coordinating with RM. If the case pertains to external channel, then coordinate with them Follow up with the Vendor for Legal report & Vetting on time. All the sanction cases are forwarded to the Coordinator.Coordinate with the RM/DSA to get the complete & signed Disbursement kit. Submit the complete disbursement kit to OPS to process the disbursemet Once the case is disbursed follow up with the OPS for receipt of Pay order on priority. Retrievals of CAM / Loan document / Sanction letter etc for TOP up / Enhancement / resolve complaint purpose Coordinate with Credit / Branch / DSA for fixing up the PD between Customer & Credit. Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS system Generate and distribute MIS reports in an accurate and timely manner Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance Additional Responsibilities: Adhoc MIS as and when RSM/ZSM ask for Branch / DSA review at location level Academic score: Pass Institution tier: Any Required work experience Industry: Banking preferred - but not a constraint Role: MIS, Sales co-ordination , etc Years of experience: 0 to 3 Required Knowledge: Good in excel and MS office Required Skills: 1.Customer orientation 2.Eye for detail 3.Meticulous 4.Timeliness Specific requirements Travel: N/A Vehicle: N/A Other details Contract Types: Permanent
