We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold our commitment to excellence. : As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, food quality, and profitability. You will lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff members, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff members to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization to create a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality food, beverages, and service. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability while controlling costs. Prepare budgets, analyze sales and expenses, and take proactive measures to achieve financial targets.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus that reflect current culinary trends, meet guest preferences, and maintain profitability.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Coordinate special events, promotions, and advertising campaigns to drive sales and enhance the restaurant\'s reputation.
  • Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies at competitive prices.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Education:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
