Ensure tables are clean and properly set before guests arrive.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Process bills and payments using POS systems.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and restrooms.
Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines.
Work as part of a team to ensure efficient service flow.
