Job Description

Take accurate food and beverage orders and repeat the order for confirmation. Serve food and beverages promptly as per service standards. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking back after service and addressing requests immediately. Maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous attitude at all times. Greet guests warmly and escort them to the assigned tables as directed by the Captain. Once guests are seated, approach them promptly with a warm and courteous greeting, making them feel welcomed and comfortable. Provide hot or cold water as per the guest's individual preference and refill glasses regularly without delay. Serve each dish professionally while clearly announcing the name of the item to the guest, ensuring correct orders are delivered. Check back with the guests after serving food to ensure satisfaction, enquire politely if they require anything further, and promptly fulfill additional requests. Ensure timely and proper clearing of used plates, cutlery, glassware, and debris from tables while maintaining cleanliness throughout the guest's dining experience.
