Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome guests politely and show them to their tables.
Present menus and explain food and drink options.
Take orders correctly and pass them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Check with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Handle guest payments and issue receipts.
Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and presentable.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a waiter is mandatory.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, polite, and well-presented.
Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
