Job Description

Oversee daily operations:

Manage the day-to-day flow of the takeaway, from opening to closing.

Supervise staff:

Train new employees, schedule shifts, and monitor staff performance to ensure they meet restaurant standards.

Ensure customer satisfaction:

Deliver excellent service, handle customer complaints and queries efficiently, and gather feedback to improve the customer experience.
Food & Inventory Management

Monitor food quality and safety:

Ensure all food preparation and hygiene standards, including food safety regulations, are met.

Manage inventory:

Track and maintain stock levels for food, beverages, and supplies, making orders to ensure consistent availability.

Control costs and waste:

Identify ways to reduce operational costs and minimize waste of supplies.
Financial & Administrative Tasks

Manage financial aspects:

Monitor costs, track revenues and expenses, and may be involved in reporting financial performance.

Process orders:

Ensure timely and accurate preparation and delivery of takeaway orders.

Handle supplies:

Order food, beverages, and other necessary supplies to maintain inventory levels.
Health & Safety Compliance

Ensure compliance:

Implement and enforce policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Maintain a safe environment:

Oversee the cleanliness and overall safety of the takeaway premises.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
