Supervise front-of-house (FOH) staff (waiters, hosts, bussers).
Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and team coordination.
Train new employees and support ongoing development.
Customer Service
Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
Handle complaints or concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure consistent service quality.
Operations Oversight
Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining and work areas.
Monitor food presentation and portion control.
Coordinate between kitchen and FOH teams.
Cash Handling
Oversee cash register and POS system during shifts.
Handle end-of-day closing procedures and daily reports.
Inventory & Supplies
Monitor stock levels of dining supplies (menus, napkins, condiments).
Report low stock or maintenance needs to the manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
