Job Description

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, schedule, delegate tasks, and mentor staff; ensure adherence to performance standards and disciplinary actions when needed.

Customer Service:

Ensure high-quality service, check on guests, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Operations:

Oversee daily activities, manage inventory, order supplies, ensure hygiene, and enforce food safety/health regulations.

Financials:

Monitor budgets, control costs, manage cash flow, and assist with sales/promotions.

Reporting:

Prepare daily reports for management

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?47,409.39 per month
